License and Address update to SUBMIT GRADES

The most common reason for a delay in receiving the Certificate of Completion is that you neglected to submit the Course Completion Affidavit and Grade Submittal Form.

When you submit the form, verify that the legal name on your form matches the name you used on your course registration. And that both  your name and License number match your Real Estate License as registered with the state. If there is a difference, you should contact us and make sure we record the correction. 

You certificate is emailed to you, so please check your inbox for an email with the subject “Certificate of Completion”. If it’s not in your inbox, then check your junk/trash/spam or promotions  folder to make sure it wasn’t automatically junked. If it is not in one
of those folders or your trash folder, call  OLT  at  (561) 283-0333 to request the status of your Certificate of Completion.
