Help my license expired / I didn't take my required CE courses

If a sales associate’s license is inactive, that associate cannot receive compensation for any real estate work. Further, the agent is committing a third-degree felony by practicing real estate without a valid license. (Section 475.42(1)(a), Florida Statutes)

If you are out of compliance you need to contact the state and bring yourself back into compliance as soon as possible.  You may be able to get a hardship extension of your compliance period to take the required CE or post-license courses.

Register for an OLT CE (14 hours required each 2 years) or Sales Associate Post-license course (45hrs required in the 1st compliance period after becoming licenced)

• Real Estate CE Bundle - Complete 14 hours (RECEB001FL14) - (Required every 2 years)
